  • Items with original box and accessories

  • Items worn or used
  • Items without original tags
  • Items damaged by customer
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 7 days

How to Return

Email us at returns@newlookfootwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

Get Return Authorization

We'll send you a return authorization number and instructions within 24 hours.

Pack Your Items

Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Ship It Back

Ship the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days.

  • Stripe payments: Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or store credit
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is defective)

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process and mention you'd like an exchange.

Exchanges are processed free of charge if the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
