Payment is processed securely through Stripe or collected as Cash on Delivery (COD). A handling fee of NPR 50 applies to COD orders.

We ship within Nepal. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and refunds. Generally, items must be returned within 7 days in original condition.
