Shipping Information
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over NPR 5,000. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping fee of NPR 200.
Delivery Time
Kathmandu Valley: 2-3 business days
Outside Valley: 4-7 business days
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and districts across Nepal. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Order Tracking
Track your order in real-time. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery with a handling fee of NPR 50. Please keep the exact amount ready when our delivery partner arrives.
Returns & Exchanges
7-Day Returns
Return any product within 7 days of delivery if you're not satisfied. Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Free Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges within 7 days. Just contact us to arrange the exchange.
